On February 9, 2019 between 2:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. the suspect broke through the front windshield of the victim’s vehicle, which was parked unattended in a downtown residential parking lot. Once inside the victim’s wallet was stolen from the vehicle.

The victim advised that stolen credit cards were then used to complete fraudulent transactions at various stores and restaurants in the Kingston area.
